Couple definitely disappointed

The staff was helpful enough, and I appreciated how they were willing to listen to my concerns. It was nice to see some attempts at hospitality even if the rest fell short.

this was a total letdown. first, the room smelled like a damp sock, and there were roaches! unbelievable. also, the staff acted like they were doing me a favor by checking me in. i almost thought about giving a good review, but then i remembered the filthy floors and lack of a coffee pot, and i just couldn’t. yikes.

The hot, muggy room took an agonizing hour and a half to cool down, while an overwhelming black mold odor ruined any chance of comfort. The stark difference between the photos and reality left us truly appalled.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen tv. The staff once helped me with late check-in, making it memorable. I recommend it for your next stay!
